Right of participation:

Every players without age and performance limitation with assigned FIDE ID

Every foreign players who are going to take part in this tournament is obliged to have a FIDE ID. If you

have not a FIDE ID yet (all players who have ELO FIDE have also FIDE ID), you have to ask for it your

national FIDE rating officer. Players without assigned FIDE ID can't participate in the tournament!

System: Swiss system of 9 rounds, results will be included into FIDE and into Lok SR.

Rate of game: 2 x 1,5 h + 30 s/move, waiting time is 1 h in case of late arrival.

Criteria used for ranking and prizes distribution:

1. number of points, 2. adjusted Buchholz, 3. Buchholz, 4. average ELO of rivals, 5. lot

Prizes are distributed according to Hort system among such number of players which corresponds to

number of advertised prizes.

Tournament prize fund: 2 135 €

1. prize 500 € ­ guaranteed

10.prize 30 €

Prizes for players lower than 2100:

1. prize: 50 €

2. prize: 40 €

3. prize: 30 €

best woman player 30 €

best senior 30 €

Prizes for players younger 18 yers:

1. prize 50 €

2. prize 40 €

3. prize 30 €

1. prize is guaranteed, other prizes are guaranteed in participating 90 players.

If it will be lower than 90 players, organizer may to regulating prizes.

Reception desk is open nonstop.

Masseur and a restaurant is at the complex.

Players FIDE ELO 2350 and lower: 25 €

IM, GM, WGM, WIM and players higher 2350: 0 €

Discounts from payments:

Young players to 18 years of age: 15 €

Handicapped players have discount 50%.
