Elgibility:        USCF or FIDE Master title required.  Juniors - USCF 2000 rating in past.

Entry fee:        GM/Foreign IMs:  FREE with no return of prize money for entry fee.

                       Others:  $249 by Aug. 20th; $299 after Aug. 20th or on site. $50 discount to

N.C players.  Will return full entry fee if you need to withdraw prior to round

one.
